Foster Care Tax Credit Organization
Advocacy31nine is a registered 501(C)3 non-profit organization. All funds will be used directly for programs serving foster children in Arizona. All contributions made are tax-deductible. Arizona allows taxpayers the opportunity to support qualifying organizations by making a donation directly to the organization. When donors file their taxes, they can receive a dollar-for-dollar Arizona state tax credit. For example, if you owe $1,000 in state taxes and you make a donation to Advocacy 31nine for $1,000, your tax liability will be $0. If you don’t have a tax liability of $1,000, this would result in an Arizona State tax REFUND of $1,000. This allows you to donate up to $1,000 without it costing you ANYTHING! We think it is a win-win!
